Barbie Bandits On The Loose Stealing Barbies

GEORGIA- A group of woman dubbed the ‘Barbie Bandits’ are on a stealing spree. The Barbie Bandits have been spotted in over ten toy stores stealing every Barbie doll they could get their hands on. Stores have reported hundreds of dolls missing from their shelves, and no one knows the motive.
“These crimes are almost completely random,” Maiya LePon, police detective, said. “These Barbie Dolls are almost worth nothing, if they wanted to steal they would have chosen another target like a bank. These robberies are for the pure enjoyment of stealing merchandise.”
The Barbie Bandits aren’t only targeting stores though. They have also robbed innocent children of their Barbies in their house. In some cases they ripped the Barbies out of children’s’ hands while they were playing with the toys.
“My best friend Carla Marquee and I were just playing mall shopping with our Barbies,” Miranda Cosgrove, one of the victims, spoke out. “Five masked women just came into the room and ripped the toys out of our hands. We could hear them laughing as they made their way down the stairs.”
Police are still investigating the cases of the robberies and have found fingerprints but no identifications yet.
“These heinous crimes show how dark society has gotten. Stealing children’s toys just for the heck of it…these people don’t deserve to be living.” Bob Ewell, father of a victim, said.
