CANADA- Jack Mcaluthin, world famous stuntman, has done it again. With a crowd of over a million spectators, he purposefully got into a flaming hot air balloon. Not only that, Jack had two handcuffs and was tied to a chair. After escaping, he did the unthinkable. Jack Mcluthin jumped out of the balloon and landed onto a trampoline that was only 100 feet by 80 feet. All this was done without any safety wires or parachute.

“It was absolutely incredible,” Paul Mccarthy, one of the spectators, said. “It was like watching NASA send someone to the Moon for the first time. Absolutely unbelievable. I was speechless, and I usually always have something to say.”

This stunt was officially named the world’s most dangerous stunt by a Guinness World Record editor who watched the stunt. Jack has been known to do crazy things like swim in a pool full of alligators, but this hits the home run.

“If you want to know how dangerous this stunt was, even I questioned whether or not to bail out before the stunt. This is the first time I was genuinely scared for my life.” Jack Mcluthin commented.

Today Harry Potter or formerly known as Daniel Radcliffe spewed his worst spell ever…a kiss. The on-screen kiss with Cho Chang, played by Katie Leung was a magical disaster. As Harry Potter was sured to be ready for the 5th year at Hogwarts, Director David Yates would disagree. “At first I thought this was going to be spectacular, I was ready Potter could do it.”

I received an inside VIP pass to the shooting of the Scene 29 Act 6. Earlier David, a close friend met in the marketing business, yes he used to be a marketer before he became a director gave me a special preview. Me, I have never been to a backstage event, anxious as I was, I thought this first impression was one to remember. Now everybody knows I never post lies on my blog, so here is the story:

Before the scene began, the makeup crew was closing in and adding finishing touches. Daniel’s makeup artist has known him from the first movie, and knew this was a night to remember (daytime actually). As I informatively listened to David say, “Lights, Camera, and Action” I knew it was time. The scene went on about Harry babbling about some army of his and him teaching each other how to bust a move on Voldemort. As he was teaching Cho, she suddenly became a bit too horny, after the loss of Cedric Digory, she started cheating on Mr. Potter. Mr. Potter, being a wanting Lord, obliged. They were nervous I could tell, but as the moment came, the nervousness ran out of Daniel, Cho on the other hand couldn’t handle Daniel making out.

Daniel, suddenly, jumped into action and gave her a kiss that lasted at least 9 seconds. I looked at my script and it said the kiss should last no more than 3. Looks like Potter had been waiting for this moment and savoring it. Director David Yates burst into anger, and Cho was in awe. She ran away from him appalled and came into my clutches. My first response was, “Take it easy”. As she crept into my arms she went towards my lips, I knew I had to back off. I told that hoe to get back, she don’t know me like that.

Jay got off the transport vehicle into the crowded Baghdad marketplace. It was his division’s duty to watch and protect the civilians here. An easy job you might say, but almost everyday is filled with blood shed. Terrorist organizations come here to terrorize the civilians and suicide bombers come here to detonate into the crowds.
It was getting close to evening time and still no attack. Jay was guarding the corner, when gunfire erupted. He spun his head around and to his terror saw a group of militiamen opening fire onto his infantry.“GET COVER!” The general shouted to the infantry.

Jay knelt behind a wagon for cover and started firing back with his machine gun. Several militiamen fell but more came.
“WE’RE BEING FLANKED!” The general announced as another group of militiamen came from the other side.
They were outnumbered, but the infantry fought hard. Out of the corner of the eye, Jay saw his friend go down in agony. He had no time to have pity for him, when he saw the militiamen advance from behind. He spun around, but it was too late. One of the militiamen got into pointblank range with Jay and opened fire.

The next thing he knew he was at a hospital. Jay couldn’t move at all and he could barely see at all. The doctors told him that his spinal cord had shattered, he was paralyzed from the neck down, and his vision was getting worse. On top of all that, he wasn’t supposed to live for another month. Jay fought hard though, he wasn’t about to lose his life. In the end, he managed to survive, but to this day is one of the worst injured GI’s alive. His parents quit their jobs to take care of him and he is now getting better each day.

Recently, I got access to cable and have been watching a lot of TV shows. I like mostly comedy shows, and use to watch a lot of All That, Kenan and Kel, Simpsons, Two and a Half Men, and more shows like that. Now that I have cable, I have a larger range of channels to choose from. Here’s a list of what I think are the best TV shows on right now.

Drake And Josh

The show started on January 11th 2004, and since then has had four seasons and one movie. The show focuses on two teenage boys Drake and Josh (obviously). At the start, they don’t like each, but then their mom and dad get married. They’re forced to live with each other and become best friends.


The main characters are Drake, Josh, their evil sister Meagan, and their parents Walter and Audrey. Drake is a chick-magnet and has had more than 95 girlfriends. He is very talented in music and is in a successful band. Drake is very popular; on the other hand Josh is not so up there. Josh is known for having a big head, allergic to a lot of things, and being paranoid. The two make a classy duo, and each episode makes me laugh.

This TV has won many awards including the Emmy. It features a real live clock that shows that corresponds to the time of the characters. Each season has a total of 24 hours. The TV show is based on The Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU). They have to stop many terrorist threats through the seven seasons. The main character is Jack Bauer, who puts his life on the line to save the country.

House M.D.

House M.D. is a medical show featuring the medical genius of Dr. Gregory House. Each episode features a unique disease that House and his doctors have to cure. The TV show has won many awards including the Emmy. Even though House is a medical genius, he is a big jerk that struggles with the addiction to pills. Throughout the season, he gets on his nerves with his co-workers and makes foolish decisions. Even with all that, he has only had one patient die on him.

Simpsons

Starting all the way back in 1989, this hit comedy TV series never gets old. It features a dysfunctional family of Homer (stupid guy), Marge (Mother), Bart (Always in Trouble), and Lisa (Genius of Family). These are the main characters, but the series features a whole array of citizens from the town of Springfield. The show features many catchphrases from Homer’s D’oh to Mr.Burn’s Excellent. Simpsons is great, because it has a great plot in each story, yet funny at the same time.

As you can see, I highly favor comedy TV shows. Anything that will make me laugh is worth watching.

Battlelore
Battlelore is a huge board game that costs around 65 dollars. Even with the huge price-tag, it’s still worth it. It’s basically like a RTS converted onto a board featuring a combination of fantasy and history. There are 200 miniature figures, a dozen dice, 50 terrain tiles, and over 150 cards. Even with all these additions, the concept is quite simple. You build an army and destroy your opponent’s army. It has an eighty page rulebook and plans on having monthly expansions. This board game is great for fans of Starcraft, Ages of Empires, and Warcraft.

Silkroad
This board game costs around 40 dollars and is based on the Silk Road (obviously). Basically, you move around China trading goods. Before each turn, there is an auction to see who goes first. Players choose tiles that will increase their chance of going first.

To Court the King
This game costs around 20 dollars and is the best dice game since Yahtzee. Players roll dice to get character cards which help them get better rolls. Players only start off with 3 dice and to win, they need to roll a 7 of a kind.

Settlers of Cohan
The price of this game is relatively ranging from 10-20 dollars. Players try to become the most dominant and set up roads, cities, and settlements in Catan. To do this, they collect raw materials and build stuff out of them. Building something gets you points and whoever gets a set amount of points, wins. This game has won many awards and it appeals to non-gamers and gamers alike.

War of the Ring
War of the Ring is probably the best LOTR board game out there. This two player game, one person controls the Free Peoples and the other controls the Shadow Army. The goal of the Shadow Army is to conquer the Free Peoples to win. The goal of the Free Peoples is to get the ring to Mount Doom.
