“Yin Shin, I want you to shut down the nuclear weapon plant immediately.” Kim Jong Il said to his project manager.
“But, but, we have been working on nuclear weapons for five years. And now you just want us to throw away all our work just like that? Have you gone out of your mind?”
“Do you think I want to shut down the nuclear plant? I’ve been twitching for the day I could finally launch one at the US for years now. I came so close, but they started grouping and started forming sanctions against us like panzies. We’re in desperate need of oil, and we can restart after they don’t suspect us anymore. Now, I want you to shut down the plant, the UN inspector is coming tomorrow! Do you question my judgement?” Kim Jong Il said taking a sip of beer.
“No, of course not. I will do that assuredly.” Yin Shin said smiling.
“Good, good I expect to see the plant shut down after I come back. I’m going to the bar.”
Yin Shin had been working for Kim Jong Il ever since he was put into office. It was not easy working for the acclaimed craziest person in the world. Personally, he did not that Kim Jong Il was crazy, just a little arrogant. Yin Shin tried to hide his satisfaction when he heard that the nuclear weapons plant would be shut down. Ever since they started that project, people started starving and dying. Not that they weren’t before, but people were on the knees begging for food on the streets. Besides that, Yin Shin was getting abused by Kim Jon Il.
Everyday, there would be a long list of things to do with no rest. His paycheck was unstable now since it depended on the mood of Kim Jong Il. While Kim was fathering illegitimate babies, Yin Shin had to work day and night on the project. The only reason that Yin Shin didn’t leave North Korea was because he felt sorry for Kim. Under all the negative media, arrogance, and self centeredness, there was a good man underneath him.
